Can I return an item?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is not as described

Which items cannot be returned?

Unless defective, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Food and perishable items
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital or downloadable products

How do I request a return or replacement?

  1. Log in to your Aqxmo account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the item
  4. Tap Request Return or Replacement
  5. Follow the instructions

Photos may be required for damaged items.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Seller mistake or defective item: Free return
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

Items must be unused and in original packaging.


How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed after inspection.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–14 business days

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

Yes. If available, replacements are shipped after return approval.
