How do I manage my account?

From your Aqxmo account, you can:

  • View orders and invoices
  • Update personal details
  • Manage delivery addresses
  • Control notifications

Can I use Aqxmo on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log in on multiple supported devices.

For security, we may limit sessions or request re-authentication.


How do I remove a device?

You can:

  • Log out from all sessions, or
  • Reinstall the app and log in again

Contact support if you notice suspicious activity.


Is my order history saved?

Yes. Order history and invoices are stored for:

  • Customer convenience
  • Legal and compliance purposes

Can my account be suspended?

Accounts may be suspended if:

  • Platform policies are violated
  • Fraud or abuse is detected
  • Required by law
